RoseHub Tier Staking Mechanism

As promised within our community, we are publishing our upcoming staking mechanisms for RoseHub tiers. We received a lot of questions on what is the role of NFTs, what is xRHUB and how do we obtain it. This article will address all those questions.
xRHUB
As a prerequisite, please read our previous article on the tiers and pool weights here “RoseHub Launchpad Tiers” . In summary, we will have 5 tiers with increasing xRHUB requirements for each tier. The higher the tier the higher the pool weight and IDO allocation will be. So what is xRHUB? xRHUB is a non-tradable token acting like a points system based on what and how long you stake.
The System
The system to obtain xRHUB will contain 4 variables:
- RHUB staking
- RHUB-LP staking
- The length of time you lock the above
- RoseApe NFTs
RHUB
RHUB is our native launchpad platform token with the following utilities:
- Staking RHUB to obtain launchpad tiers and allocations.
- RHUB can be used to farm RHUB or other project tokens via LP locking.
- RHUB can be locked inside one of our vaults with high APY. Does not contribute towards tier requirements.
- Up to 100% of platform fees used to buy back RHUB token and sweep the floor of RoseApe NFTs.
- More features such as fee payments, share of platform fees and airdrop coming at the later stages.
RHUB Lock
The first variable contributing towards tier requirement is RHUB lock. Locking RHUB for 365 days will result in 1:1 xRHUB points e.g. locking 10 000 RHUB for 365 days will give 10 000 xRHUB. More on lock days below.
RHUB-LP Staking
The second variable is locking of LP tokens. LP tokens can be obtained by providing liquidity on our DEX platform within RoseHub on pairs such as RHUB/USDT and RHUB/ROSE.
One LP token gives 2.5 xRHUB. To obtain 1LP token you would need to deposit both 1RHUB and 1RHUB worth in USDT or ROSE, thus the xRHUB is doubled (2.0x). Another 50% bonus comes to encourage liquidity and consider IL, thus a total of 2.5x multiplier to xRHUB amount e.g. locking 2 000 RHUB-LP for 365 days will give 5 000 xRHUB. More on lock days below.
Lock Time
The amount of xRHUB users will receive for locking RHUB and/or RHUB-LP will depend on how many days user lock. Maximum days locked is 365 days and will result in 1:1 for RHUB:xRHUB and 1:2.5 for RHUB-LP:xRHUB. The less days locked the less xRHUB user get linearly.
The lock cannot be separated between RHUB-LP and RHUB i.e. both have to be locked for the same amount of time.
For example if user locks 10 000 RHUB and 2 000 RHUB-LP for 365 the xRHUB amount will be 10 000 + (2.5*2 000) = 15 000 xRHUB. To calculate xRHUB decrease per day: 15 000 *(1/365) = 41 xRHUB.
RoseApe NFTs
RoseApe NFTs can be deposited into smart contract boosting the xRHUB amount when you lock RHUB or/and RHUB-LP and contribue towards better tiers. Boost % depends on rarity and below are the % user will receive to their total xRHUB amount:
- Epic NFTs 5% Boost per NFT
- Rare NFTs 3% Boost per NFT
- Common NFTs 2% Boost per NFT
To avoid exploitation, the maximum total boost is 20% per wallet.
Instead of boost, Legendary NFTs will receive guaranteed tier 2 equivalent to 2 000 xRHUB without having to lock any RHUB or RHUB-LP. In addition, RoseApe NFT with RosePad logo will receive guaranteed tier 3 equivalent to 10 000 xRHUB. The bonus xRHUB amount received can be still boosted by NFTs and increased by staking RHUB and/or RHUB-LP.
The threshold of NFTs rarity, as described previously, is as follows:
- 105.00 + — Legendary
- 104–105 — Epic
- <104 to 100 — Rare
- <100 — Common
NFTs will not be locked and act as boosters with fixed % regardless of how long the user locks RHUB or RHUB-LP. However, NFTs will have a 14-days cool-down period for withdrawal to avoid marketplace price fluctuation around IDO dates.
Vaults
We will have vaults inside our DEX with higher APY for RHUB staking that will not contribute towards tiers i.e. outside of launchpad.
APY
We are still working out the details of APY, thus the % can change. However, preliminary APY are as follows:
- 20% APY to xRHUB amount that contributes towards tiers including NFT boosted amount
- 1RHUB per block (~6.8s) emission per LP pair. Thus starting APY predicted to be 4000%+ for LP farms due to low circulating supply at TGE
Fixed APY for vaults that do not contribute towards tiers:
- 1-month 30%, 2-month 40%, 4-month 60%, 10-month vault 130% fixed APY.
